Hi, I’m Cody Carte.

I’m 32 years old, a proud father of three sons, and the heart behind Haus of Strength. Family means everything to me, and that value is at the center of everything I do, both in life and in business.

Haus of Strength was built on the belief that strength is about more than just the physical. It is about resilience, character, compassion, and creating a space where people feel supported, respected, and empowered to be themselves.
